Physical Products (Merchandise)
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [your contact email] with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll gladly replace the item or issue a refund once the return is verified.

Digital Products & Design Services
Because digital downloads and custom design services are delivered electronically or created specifically for you, all sales are final once the product or service has been delivered.
If you experience a technical issue accessing your digital file or have concerns about your completed design, please contact us — we’ll do our best to resolve it quickly.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
